托福阅读技巧：词汇题精讲，词汇题是托福阅读的必考题型，不夸张的说，阅读要想拿高分，词汇题一个也不能错！下面我从455道真题中精心挑选了一些易错词汇，讲解其记法，同义词及同词源单词。背会这些词阅读就能稳稳拿分，还能在写作中运用，一举两得哦！

　　1.   Agency   n.

　　四级：n 经办，代理，代理处，专门行政部门

　　托福：n 作用

　　SYN：force/action/power

　　搭配：by the agency of sth 在某物的作用下

　　例题：Attack by scavengers and bacteria, chemical decay, and destruction by erosion and other geologic agencies make the odds against（赌输的概率）preservation very high.

　　翻译：食腐动物和细菌的攻击，化学腐烂以及侵蚀破坏和其他地质作用的破坏，使得保存化石的几率很低。

　　2. Advert&Inadvertent&Inadvertently

　　Advert：

　　1）n．广告（非正式）

　　2）v．引起注意，提及

　　inadvertent：adj. 疏忽的，不注意的

　　SYN：unintentional

　　inadvertently：adv. 疏忽地，不故意地

　　SYN：unintentionally

　　记：in（否定）+ ad+vert（转动）+ent ：“不向他转动“=不关注，无意的，疏忽的

　　例题：Commensal associations sometimes involve one species' obtaining food that is inadvertently exposed by another.
